Jody Bastas

Jourdon (Jody) Bastas was born and raised in Great Falls and graduated from CM Russell High School. Jody started his sales career in 1986 at KG Men’s Store in the Holiday Village Mall. He then moved on to sales in cell phones, John Deere Construction equipment, and household appliances. Jody spent some time managing Little’s Lanes Bowling Alley before going into flooring sales in 2002. Jody was the Sales Manager for Contract Flooring from 2008-2018 before purchasing the store with his wife, Julie. Jody has two children, Olivia & Kolby, as well as 3 step-children and two grandsons. Bowling and golfing are his other passions. Jody has been bowling since he was 7 years old and has had 14 perfect games in league play so far! He enjoys college (Go Notre Dame!) and pro football. When asked, Jody said, “One of my favorite things in the flooring industry is to help people find the perfect products for their new house or remodel. It puts a smile on my face to see how happy they are with the outcome.”

Doug Bennyhoff

Doug is our Store Manager and is in charge of Commercial Projects at Contract Flooring and is well known in our community. Doug was a flooring installer for over 36 years before joining our sales team in 2021. This wealth of knowledge is crucial to his sales abilities. Doug will make sure you have the right product for your particular situation and can help ease concerns of installation. Definitely an expert in the field!  In his free time, Doug enjoys fishing, golf, and watching his grandchildren grow. He looks forward to working with you!

Jackie Dickson

Jackie is our Interior Designer, as well as a Sales Professional. Prior to joining Contract Flooring she owned and operated her own Interior Design company for 20 years. Jackie has been with us since 2018 and specializes in window coverings, upholstery, and design. Jackie is now mobile.  She can meet you in the store to show you examples of window coverings or fabrics or she can bring them to you in your home.  You can reach her by calling the store directly or on her cell phone at  406-868-5959.  Jackie enjoys bike riding, camping, and fishing and loves spending time with her grandchildren. When asked about what she likes best about being at Contract Flooring, Jackie says, “I look forward to sharing my knowledge and design ideas with all of our customers.”

Kolby Bastas

Kolby is Jody's son and started at Contract Flooring in 2021 in the warehouse.  He moved to the sales floor the beginning of 2023.  Since moving into sales he's built an impressive book of business, taking on residential customers as well as new construction projects and main street commercial.  He's been taken under the wings of our other sales professionals and is soaking in all the knowledge from their years of experience.  Give Kolby a call and he'll be happy to help you!
